Cooling-Off Period (Distance/Off-Premises Sales)

If you enter into a contract online, by phone, or away from our premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract date.

To cancel, email info@nestguard.co.uk with your name, address, and order reference.

Bespoke / Made-to-Measure Products

Where products are bespoke or made-to-measure (such as windows and doors), cancellation may not be possible once manufacturing has started. If you cancel after manufacture begins, you may be charged for costs already incurred.

Work Started During Cooling-Off Period

If you request that work begins during the 14-day period, you may be liable for the proportion of work completed if you later cancel.
